Principal Technical Partner Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Technical Partner Manager will serve as the senior technical leader within the Partnerships organization, driving technical partner readiness, enablement, and ecosystem engagement while acting as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor and primary technical point of contact for strategic partners
• Lead the partner technical readiness program and support partner recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations
• Gather, document, and communicate partner requirements and technical feedback across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical partnerships, partner engineering, or related roles
• Experience managing direct reports and leading technical teams
• Proven ability to build technical readiness programs and partner operating processes
• Strong collaboration experience with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies is highly valued
