Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution and scale of the AI Platform, the full-time remote Principal Technical Product Manager will define and deliver the roadmap while collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical leadership to develop production-grade systems supporting healthcare AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of ML and LLM platform workstreams, from data ingestion to deployment and ongoing optimization
• Develop and articulate a shared vision for product requirements and advocate for the ideal end state
• Create detailed user stories and roadmaps that prioritize maximum value with minimum risk

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in product management within technology or SaaS
• Robust understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong knowledge of APIs, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
