Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of an AI-native product, the full-time Principal Technical Product Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a key project, focusing on automating workflows while ensuring quality and customer trust in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap, making critical decisions on scope and automation within a multi-stage AI-assisted workflow
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering, design, and operational partners while maintaining a high-velocity core team
• Lead go-to-market strategies for early customer cohorts, refining value propositions and protecting the business model as it scales

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in 0-to-1 product leadership, successfully launching early-stage products from concept to revenue
• Strong understanding of AI systems and human-in-the-loop design, with the ability to identify optimal automation opportunities
• Hands-on technical skills to prototype ideas and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills with a strong bias towards execution and team success
• Experience in managing API boundaries, data modeling, and service design in product development
