Job Summary
Leading the narrative for Workday's Agent Platform, the full-time remote Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager will craft market-leading messaging, engage with CIOs and IT leaders, and drive platform adoption through strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and establish a cohesive narrative and messaging framework for the Agent Platform that resonates with senior technical stakeholders
- Engage with executives and support high-level discussions, including analyst briefings and customer advisory sessions
- Monitor competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and translate insights into strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, particularly in platform or enterprise AI products
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with CIOs and IT leaders
- Proven ability to distill complex technologies into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption
- Operationally rigorous with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, demonstrating curiosity and resourcefulness
