Principal Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager, SW Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful infrastructure program execution and team velocity across cross-functional teams
- Manage and accelerate cross-team projects, identifying program risks and developing action plans
- Communicate progress and status of key programs to leadership and ensure alignment with the technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in robotics, autonomy, or embedded software domains
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field
- Extensive experience with software developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud applications
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
- Experience managing stakeholder inputs at multiple levels
