Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager - Community & Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of cross-company initiatives for the Learning Platform and Community ecosystem
• Partner with engineering and design leaders to define scalable platform architectures
• Establish success metrics and drive data-informed solutions to enhance customer engagement and learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade platforms and systems
• Deep understanding of Community platforms and AI/ML technologies
• Strong drive for product design and delivery with a balance of strategic vision and technical execution
• Proven ability to influence and align leaders across multiple functions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
