Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex platform-level initiatives aligned with product vision
• Partner with teams to shape and align multi-quarter and multi-year roadmaps
• Act as a strategic partner to executives, communicating product progress and risks effectively

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex platform or product initiatives
• Strong track record in defining strategy and measurable outcomes with Product Management
• Experience managing programs with interdependencies across engineering and business systems
• Deep knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in the video game industry is preferred
