Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of Grow Product and create a long-term execution roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Translate product strategy into technical solutions and execution plans, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Mentor TPgMs and leaders, establish best practices, and contribute to the technical program management discipline

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Product Manager
• Experience in delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and functions
• Experience communicating at the executive level and influencing senior leadership
• Technical knowledge of underlying platforms and technologies in product development
