Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of Grow Product and create a long-term execution roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Translate product strategy into technical solutions and manage the execution of the roadmap, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Mentor team members and contribute to shaping the Technical Program Management discipline within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Product Manager
• Proven experience in driving complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Autonomous operation across multiple teams and functions with demonstrated critical thinking
• Experience in influencing senior leadership and technical management teams
• Technical knowledge of underlying platforms and technologies used to build customer-focused products
