Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-organizational programs from discovery through post-launch
• Create clarity from ambiguity by developing program charters, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Bridge product and engineering by translating product goals into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading large, cross-functional software initiatives
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with software systems, comfortable discussing architecture and tradeoffs
• Experience working with product and design partners on customer-facing experiences in B2B SaaS or CRM
• Deep command of program management fundamentals, including planning, risk management, and change management
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead teams from confusion to clarity
