Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of Grow Product and create a long-term execution roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Translate product strategy into technical solutions and manage the execution of the roadmap, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Mentor team members and help shape the Technical Program Management discipline within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience in driving complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions
• Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level and influence senior leadership
• Experience in building and delivering customer-focused products with technical knowledge of underlying platforms
