Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead technical initiatives and drive end-to-end execution within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of GTM-driven technical programs, including product launches and growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple technical and GTM teams
• Drive clarity on outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager
• Proven experience delivering GTM-aligned programs, including product launches and growth initiatives
• Strong experience working across business and technical teams in fast-paced environments using Agile methodologies
• Solid technical background with a strong operational mindset focused on scalability and execution excellence
