Job Summary

Leading company-wide programs for AI-assisted engineering workflows, the remote Principal Technical Program Manager, Developer Productivity will partner with engineering leaders to enhance developer productivity and ensure the effective implementation of AI-native development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategy into executable programs across various development processes, including code review and AI-assisted workflows
• Define and drive the operating model for AI-native developer productivity, ensuring successful adoption and risk management
• Facilitate company-wide alignment and cultural change necessary for the successful integration of AI-assisted development

Required qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related technical domains
• Proven track record of leading multi-year technical programs with executive visibility
• Deep understanding of developer productivity systems and AI-assisted development workflows
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and operational skills
• Experience driving meaningful organizational change and building trust across teams
