Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex operational programs, the full-time Principal Technical Program Manager will oversee the stability and growth of AI infrastructure, focusing on metrics-driven performance and cross-functional coordination, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic operational programs, including data center infrastructure build-outs and software rollouts
• Establish and track critical infrastructure KPIs, providing real-time visibility into operational health and program status
• Analyze and optimize operational workflows, standardizing incident and change management processes to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, driving large-scale infrastructure or software engineering programs
• Strong foundational understanding of data center infrastructure, distributed systems, Linux, and networking concepts
• Proven expertise in modern program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP certification preferred)
• Demonstrable experience in defining and improving system performance based on operational metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities
