Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex cross-organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Technical Program Manager will partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to drive alignment and deliver measurable outcomes for B2B SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch and post-launch learning
• Translate business and product priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution rhythms
• Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to senior and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role
• Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms, particularly in identity, access, and monetization
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery for complex technical initiatives
• Technical fluency in modern software architectures and effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience mentoring TPMs or improving planning frameworks is a plus
