Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Principal Technical Program Manager will manage Security, Business Systems, and IT projects, driving alignment across teams and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise AI transformation efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of complex programs by ensuring successful planning, execution, and alignment across internal teams
• Own projects end-to-end within the domain of AI transformation, security tooling, or business systems workflows
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining stakeholder visibility throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering impactful initiatives
• Proven technical expertise in Security, IT, and/or Business Systems ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to align technical program execution with business objectives
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset focused on problem-solving and delivering outcomes
