Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, large-scale programs focused on the physical security of global data center infrastructure, the full-time Principal Technical Program Manager will define strategy, drive execution, and ensure the resilience of physical security systems in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for data center physical security programs, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter protection
• Drive end-to-end program execution across design, procurement, deployment, and operations while managing dependencies across teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate physical security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and leading audits and incident reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, security engineering, or infrastructure delivery
• Proven experience managing large-scale physical security programs in data centers or critical infrastructure
• Deep understanding of physical security systems including access control and video surveillance
• Strong program management skills, including planning and cross-functional coordination
• Experience working with global teams and complex stakeholder environments
