Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact team, the full-time remote Principal Technical Program Manager will drive strategy and execution for complex fulfillment initiatives while managing cross-functional stakeholder alignment and ensuring accountability for system-level outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small team of program and project managers, establishing best practices and ensuring strategic alignment
• Drive execution strategy for multiple complex programs within Fulfillment, translating executive strategies into structured execution roadmaps
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment, bridging gaps between Global Fulfillment Executives, Plant Operations, and Core Engineering

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or large-scale e-commerce manufacturing
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, domain-level initiatives and guide teams to clarity
• Elite written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex strategies into clear narratives for executive leadership
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a focus on coaching and development
• Experience balancing rapid project execution with maintaining high integrity and quality in software systems
