Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-scale data infrastructure integration and modernization programs, the full-time remote Principal Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational maturity, security alignment, and cloud adoption while driving measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data infrastructure integration and modernization initiatives across multiple business platforms
• Develop and maintain multi-quarter roadmaps that address platform modernization and operational excellence
• Partner with engineering teams to assess capabilities and define execution plans for cloud migration and data infrastructure improvements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related technical delivery roles
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure concepts and experience with on-premise to cloud migration
• Proven ability to lead complex technical programs across multiple teams and functions
• Experience with AWS or similar public cloud infrastructure platforms
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive execution through influence
