Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end program management discipline for a large, multi-department portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Technical Program Manager will drive organizational impact by modernizing support planning and execution, establishing program management standards, and enhancing customer experience and engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate support planning and program execution systems with corporate planning standards to eliminate planning lag
- Define annual and multi-year roadmaps, translating strategic intent into funded and sequenced programs with clear ownership
- Lead program retrospectives and closeout reviews to generate insights and improve future program execution quality
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in program management or operations, including 8 years in leadership roles within SaaS companies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Experience managing portfolios, dependencies, and priorities across departments
- Experience selecting and deploying platforms such as Jira, Asana, or ServiceNow PPM
- Expertise in lean methodologies with experience driving organizations to higher lean maturity levels
