Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To shape the future of supply chain technology, the remote Principal Technical Program Manager will design and implement a program-tracking system for concurrent R&D initiatives, establish prioritization frameworks, and ensure cross-team dependencies are managed effectively within a growing robotics company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out a program-tracking system with clear ownership and risk visibility across R&D programs
• Build a prioritization framework to manage customer-driven scope changes and trade-offs
• Map cross-team dependencies to prevent blockers and establish escalation and post-mortem processes for customer go-lives

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware or hardware-plus-software systems
• 10 years of engineering and technical program leadership experience, particularly in hardware, robotics, or ML-based programs
• Proven ability to create prioritization frameworks that clarify trade-offs in project scope
• Experience in mapping cross-functional dependencies and establishing operational processes from scratch
• Strong command of project management tools like Jira or Linear and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
