Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Technical Program Manager will serve as the operational leader connecting Product and Engineering, ensuring the execution of high-priority initiatives while introducing scalable operational mechanisms to enhance software delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Improve collaboration and execution across Product and Engineering for complex, cross-team initiatives
• Implement AI-enabled improvements to the software development lifecycle and engineering operations
• Own end-to-end delivery for large, cross-team initiatives, managing dependencies and execution risks

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles within high-performing engineering organizations
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-team technical programs involving 5 or more teams
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture concepts
• Proven ability to influence engineering managers and product leaders without direct authority
• Experience in managing dependencies, risks, and complex delivery environments effectively
