Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior, staff, and principal engineering roles with a focus on outbound sourcing
  • Build and optimize creative sourcing strategies using various research and outreach methods
  • Partner with Engineering Leadership to define hiring plans and maintain talent maps for competitive companies
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
  • Experience hiring senior and principal level engineers at Tier 1 companies or high-growth startups
  • Mix of startup experience and Tier 1 experience, in-house or through RPO support
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trust with engineering leaders
  • Comfortable using ATS systems, sourcing tools, AI tools, and CRM pipelines
