Job Summary

Partnering closely with executive leadership and hiring managers, the full-time remote Principal Technical Recruiting Specialist will drive strategic workforce planning and lead advanced sourcing and recruiting efforts for technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead large, complex recruiting initiatives and manage multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion
  • Build and manage scalable talent pipelines while executing targeted search campaigns for passive candidates
  • Coach and mentor recruiting teams, providing consultative leadership and training on best practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience, with additional years considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with complex recruitment projects, particularly for Executive IT positions
  • Proficient in sourcing strategies within technical and government contracting spaces
  • Knowledge of cleared and technical talent markets to effectively run targeted search campaigns
  • Experience recruiting for Federal agencies is preferred
