Job Summary

To support a growing technical team, the full-time Principal Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment of complex technical roles, including senior engineers and principal product managers, while collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close complex technical roles, utilizing creative calibration and non-standard compensation strategies
• Build and maintain hiring intelligence infrastructure, including trackers and dashboards to analyze pipeline health and trends
• Drive offer strategies for challenging situations, providing clear recommendations and rationale to leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience without dedicated sourcing support
• Proven ability to navigate complex offer situations and role upleveling mid-process
• Experience mentoring and developing recruitment tools and processes
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate engineering impact during candidate screenings
• Demonstrated curiosity about the market and candidate fit within company culture
