Job Summary

Driving strategy and execution for technical service operations, the full-time Principal Technical Services Manager will oversee service delivery excellence, lead complex client engagements, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the technical services strategy aligned with organizational goals, serving as a senior technical authority
  • Oversee the delivery of technical services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing executive-level guidance and leading strategic customer reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in technical services, engineering, or related roles
  • Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and customer engagements
  • Deep expertise in relevant technologies such as cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and SaaS environments
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
