Required Qualifications

- 6 years of experience in product support, development, or troubleshooting in a technology company
- 6 years of experience in analyzing and resolving enterprise application issues
- 3 years of experience in developing enterprise applications with databases and programming in Java
- 2 years of experience in mentoring junior team members and working with operating systems and communication protocols
