Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in product support, development, or troubleshooting in a technology company
  • Experience with enterprise application analysis, troubleshooting, and client support
  • 3 years of experience in developing enterprise applications and programming in Java
  • Certification as a Certified System Architect (CSA) within three months of onboarding
