A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and partners to serve as a trusted advisor and understand their needs
- Provide engineering support and solutions to professional services and technical teams
- Lead triage efforts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or related field
- 6 years of experience in product support, development, or troubleshooting with a leading technology company
- 6 years of experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- 3 years of programming experience using Java
- 2 years of experience with operating systems including Windows and Linux, and J2EE Application Servers like Tomcat
