A company is looking for a Principal Technical Writer I - Core Docs - Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for complex technical areas and establish quality standards across the documentation team
• Champion AI-augmented documentation practices and ensure technical accuracy in outputs
• Drive the architecture of multi-layered technical content and propose structural solutions to information gaps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a SaaS or developer-focused environment
• Fluency in AI tools for research and writing with strong editorial judgment
• Advanced understanding of complex technical topics, including data technologies and AI/ML concepts
• Proficiency with Git, Markdown, and modern documentation tools
• Strong skills in information architecture and collaborative leadership in a distributed environment
