Job Summary

Principal Technical Writer, this full-time position involves owning the strategy and execution of developer-facing documentation to enhance the developer experience and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality developer documentation, including API references and tutorials
• Design and improve documentation architecture to optimize usability
• Analyze developer feedback and usage data to continuously improve documentation effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience creating technical documentation for developer audiences
• Proven experience writing API documentation and integration guides
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, including REST APIs
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Familiarity with a docs-as-code process and tools such as Git and GitHub
