Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technologist in the Office of the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical complement to the CTO and CEO, addressing immediate stakeholder problems
• Listen to business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide pragmatic solutions
• Ship working solutions, either personally or by coordinating with engineers and analysts

Required Qualifications

• Background in consulting, systems integration, or a generalist technical role
• Hands-on experience in building software applications, automations, and integrations
• Strong judgment about project scope and prioritization of immediate solutions
• Experience with AI/LLM tools to enhance work efficiency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, context-switching environment
