Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Technology Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall data migration strategy for global IWMS implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish data migration standards and governance frameworks
• Oversee data migration activities across all implementation waves globally

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise data migration and program management experience
• 10+ years leading large-scale, multi-regional technology implementations
• Proven experience with IWMS or similar enterprise real estate management platforms
• Deep understanding of data migration methodologies and data quality frameworks
• PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred
