Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for core P&C insurance platforms
• Lead client discovery workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and technical solutions
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insurance technology, particularly in core platform implementation and integration
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek
• Experience with system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and automation capabilities in technology solutions
