Leading the future of AI-powered quality engineering, the remote Principal AI-Augmented Test Automation Engineer will co-own and scale AI-native E2E test automation offerings, shape engagement models, and establish scalable testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own and scale AI-native E2E test automation offerings alongside the Practice Lead
• Shape engagement models and establish scalable testing processes for AI-driven quality engineering
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to adopt AI-augmented testing practices while ensuring technical quality and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Expertise in TypeScript and Playwright
• Strong knowledge of AI coding agents
• Expertise in automation framework architecture
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
