Principal Test Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the development of AI-driven testing practices, the full-time Principal Test Engineer will enhance product quality and testing efficiency while working remotely to define and maintain the enterprise testing strategy across various testing types.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI Agents for manual and automated testing to support rapid code delivery
- Lead the maintenance and improvement of the UI automation framework, focusing on reliability and scalability
- Establish and refine testing standards and best practices to enhance consistency and reduce defects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or software engineering with a focus on automated and manual testing
- Proven success using AI-assisted testing to improve coverage and efficiency
- Strong expertise with automation frameworks and tools such as TestNG, JUnit, and Selenium
- Experience with performance and load testing, including test design and analysis
