Principal Test Engineer - SDET

Job Summary

Principal Test Engineer - SDET I, is a full-time position responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual and automated tests while enhancing automation frameworks within a collaborative scrum team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end automation strategy across UI, API, integration, and performance test layers
• Expand automation capabilities by mentoring testers and shifting manual regression efforts to automated coverage
• Lead performance engineering strategy and integrate performance test suites into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software testing experience, including 6+ years in automation frameworks
• Previous experience in an SDET role with ownership of automation strategy and framework design
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of testing philosophies and modern architectural best practices
• Experience with cloud-based and microservice applications
