Job Summary

To enhance benefits and compensation operations, the full-time Principal Total Rewards Specialist will manage U.S. and Canadian benefits administration, support international benefits, and contribute to People Operations processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination and employee inquiries
  • Collaborate with the international benefits lead to support global benefits operations and process improvements
  • Assist with compensation and equity operations, including market data organization and benchmarking analysis
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits administration or Total Rewards operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits administration processes
  • Experience with compensation and equity operations, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong operational judgment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating with HRIS, payroll, finance, and legal teams
