Job Summary

Driving sophisticated Corporate Real Estate transactions, the full-time remote Principal Transaction Manager will lead deals from the Letter of Intent stage to completion, coordinating with brokers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the full lifecycle of high-value global commercial real estate transactions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Prepare and implement comprehensive transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and operational integration, ensuring seamless post-closing hand-offs to Operations teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience with a focus on complex transaction management
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proven expertise in executing high-value commercial real estate transactions on a global scale
• Master-level project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals simultaneously
• Advanced understanding of real estate financial modeling and transaction accounting
