Principal UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UI Interaction Designer to lead the UI strategy and design system for a next-generation mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI design direction for mobile experiences across iOS and Android
• Establish and evolve a robust mobile design system, ensuring scalability and accessibility compliance
• Mentor design teams and facilitate workshops to elevate design quality and execution excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing high-quality mobile applications with a strong portfolio
• Experience building or contributing to a design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Strong command of interaction design principles and user flows
• Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles and inclusive UI patterns
