Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UI Interaction Designer to lead the UI strategy and design system for a next-generation mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI design direction for mobile experiences across iOS and Android
• Establish and evolve a robust mobile design system, ensuring accessibility and consistency
• Mentor design teams and facilitate workshops to elevate design quality and execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing high-quality mobile applications
• Experience in building or leading contributions to a design system
• Strong understanding of user flows, interaction states, and motion principles
• Hands-on experience with AI in design processes
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility principles
