Job Summary

To support PTC's SaaS transformation at scale, the full-time remote Principal Upgrades Project Manager will manage multiple projects across operations and upgrades, ensuring predictable delivery, customer success, and alignment with business priorities.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure value realization, quality, and timely delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, performing risk management and cost analysis
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs and SaaS implementations
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong leadership and escalation management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate independently with high visibility and accountability
  • U.S. citizenship required for compliance with government regulations
