Principal User Experience Designer

Job Summary

To shape intuitive and scalable user experiences in a fast-paced environment, the full-time salaried Principal User Experience Designer will lead design execution, mentor teams, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead high-quality design execution and mentor designers to influence team output and decision-making
• Standardize workflows for design pattern adoption and identify AI-driven opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure scalable, user-centered design solutions

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating reusable components and scalable design patterns
• Experience with user flows, interaction design, and cross-functional collaboration using Figma
• Ability to produce low-to-medium fidelity artifacts based on product needs and timelines
• Experience in navigating fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
• Familiarity with Git is a plus
