Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Specialist in User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of UX/CX strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage a team of UX/CX professionals and foster a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX/CX principles into program management and delivery

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, CX strategy, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of UX/CX principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in UX/CX design tools, prototyping software, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required
