Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a professional UX Designer with a focus on end-to-end design initiatives
• A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in UX/Product design, particularly in onboarding or engagement projects
• Proven track record of conducting user research and usability testing that informs strategic product decisions
• Experience designing for educators or complex enterprise users
• Advanced prototyping skills and a deep passion for educational technology
