Principal UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Designer to lead the design of user experiences across various product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design for portal surfaces, focusing on post-login experiences
• Drive design decisions from customer problems through to hi-fi deliverables, including journey mapping and interaction design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to enhance user engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio in complex logged-in or SaaS products
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products is a plus
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to design patterns beyond individual screens
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment with PMs and engineering teams
