Principal UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft visions, concepts, and UX strategies for medical robotic systems
• Lead design definition and implementation for complex robotic experiences
• Mentor junior UX Designers and ensure high-quality design deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital/Visual Design, Industrial Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience designing digital experiences for sophisticated systems or medical devices
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of UX designers
• Experience with end-to-end product development and multiple product launches
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite
