Job Summary

Principal UX Designer, this full-time position involves leading the evolution of the Design Platform and System, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Design Platform and System, ensuring consistency and accessibility across products
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design artifacts to clarify intent and drive alignment
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate workshops to collaboratively address complex UX challenges

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience in creating and scaling design systems across multiple products
• Proven track record of mentoring designers and enhancing team quality
• Hands-on design proficiency in tools like Figma and understanding of user-centered design
• Familiarity with coding UI components and analytics data for design decisions
