Principal UX Designer

Job Summary

To enhance mobile experiences for resellers, the remote contract Principal UX Designer will lead user experience design efforts across various mobile touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex B2B workflows into intuitive, scalable designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mobile user experience design for reseller-facing touchpoints, including product discovery and account workflows
• Translate intricate B2B workflows into simple, mobile-appropriate experiences that align with business goals
• Create user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support cross-functional alignment and engineering handoffs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user experience/product design, particularly in complex digital products or B2B platforms
• Strong mobile UX design experience, including native applications and mobile-optimized workflows
• Proven ability to navigate complex systems and translate them into scalable user experiences
• Mastery of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools like Figma
• Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or workflow-heavy platforms with a focus on cross-platform continuity
