Principal UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing product line, the full-time Principal UX Designer will set the UX vision and strategy for key areas of the product, translating complex industrial analytics and AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and communication of a clear UX vision and multi-release experience roadmap for critical product areas
• Drive a user-centered approach to product decisions by executing research and synthesizing insights with cross-functional teams
• Own end-to-end user experiences, ensuring the delivery of coherent interaction patterns and visual systems across the product

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in user experience/user interface design, specifically for complex B2B or SaaS products
• Bachelor's, Master's, or certification in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end experiences with measurable impact on business and customer outcomes
• Strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive design processes for complex products
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with experience in AI tools to enhance design workflows
